docs only

  • Ratify Option 3 for Issue #34: Colibri derives ledger task outcomes
    (done or error) from Zot turn_end stop reasons.
  • bherdr continues to expose only the 4 reportable states (idle, working,
    blocked, unknown); terminal outcomes are not added to wire-state enum.
  • Update frontmatter updated date to 2026-10-07.
