F1: Move reasoning_tokens to end of Go tasks column list (after prompt_hash)
to match Rust's ALTER TABLE append order. Prevents silent billing corruption
when Rust's positional SELECT * reads a Go-created DB.

F2: Add structural guard in glasspane test module — iterates all streams from
normalized-events.json via id->include_str! map that panics on unknown ids.
Go's contract test already iterates dynamically; now Rust does too. Also adds
the dedicated fixture_abort_maps_to_error_and_bills_partial_usage test.

Cosmetic: verified_by -> single identity per AGENTS.md convention.
