Delete branch "fix/deprecate-forge-host"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The checker treated the retired host as a valid Forge and only matched
http(s) URLs, so bare hostnames and git@host: forms survived review.
Treat the host as deprecated, scan tracked files for bare mentions, and
cover both paths with tests.
