Implements internal/pty providing master/slave PTY allocation, window resizing (TIOCSWINSZ), process spawning (Setsid/Setctty), and clean lifecycle teardown. Uses standard openpty with FreeBSD libutil and Linux pty support. Verified passing all disposable lifecycle tests with -race on Linux (debby) and FreeBSD 15.1 (valhala).
