ZOT_FROM_PKG=YES, or an installed zot package under var/db/pkg, makes
stage-zot-iso.sh leave the pkg-owned binary untouched and stage only
~/.local/state/zot, so 'pkg check -s' stays clean. Preflight no longer
demands a host-built artifact in that mode.

The artifact path still works for package-less images: the binary is
required there and installed with mode 0555.

Adds a six-case regression test and wires it into ci-checks.sh.
