Record the 30.Oct.2026 15.1-RELEASE staging build on valhala: clawdie-15-1-amd64, sysutils/zot 0.4.57-102-ga61ff14, graphics/py-pillow@py312 12.3.0, package hashes, OSVERSION 1501000 metadata, signed-repo verification, and the intentional dirty ports-tree caveat.

Docs gates: check-format pass; check-okf --changed pass; check-dates --strict pass; git diff --check pass. Full check-okf still reports 47 pre-existing stale OKF entries outside this change.
