  • Remove 61 obsolete pre-0.15.1 paths (doc/, docs/plans/, docs/website/, and 7 stale June/July docs/.md files) plus dead build_and_stage_docs() in build.sh
  • Normalize skills/oxy -> skills/sova and remove legacy ~/.agents/skills/oxy symlinks/dirs on upgrade (33/33 memory-clients tests)
  • Bump build.cfg and scripts/validate-live-image.sh defaults to FREEBSD_VERSION=15.1-RELEASE and ISO_VERSION=0.15.1
  • Rewrite README.md and reconcile AGENTS.md, BUILD.md, TESTING.md, CHANGELOG.md, FIRSTBOOT.md, docs/RELEASE-BUILD-RUNBOOK.md, and docs/POUDRIERE-BUILD-SERVER.md for the v0.15.1 FreeBSD 15.1-RELEASE package matrix
  • Record retained Poudriere 15.1-RELEASE 5-package matrix and OpenViking 0.4.19 E2E verification receipt under docs/evidence/poudriere-2026-10-31-15.1-matrix/README.md
  • Verified by ./scripts/ci-checks.sh (rc=0, wiki-lint 36/0, check-okf 14/0) and Codex Jev 1.14.0 3x3 Pass 2 (mean 2.02)
