Two concerns on one branch; say the word and I will split it.

Docs pointer (AGENTS.md)

  • Link the canonical cross-repo conventions in colibri/AGENTS.md.
  • Keep clawdie-iso's own scope, gates, and identity authoritative locally.
  • Add the previously omitted bherdr row; drop the stale "Rust control plane
    core" cell framing.
  • Fix "all three repos" -> "all four repos" in the check-in matrix.

okf gate

  • Change-scope scripts/check-okf.sh (--changed/--base) and call it that way
    from ci-checks.sh, so a docs-only PR is judged on the files it touches
    instead of the 59-doc stale baseline on main.
  • format-check.yml: fetch-depth: 0 plus per-event changed mode.
  • New non-blocking okf-staleness-report.yml that surfaces the full baseline
    without failing builds.

The 30-day freshness window is unchanged; this does not raise it or refresh
last_verified in bulk (see clawdie-iso #5 for that decision).

Add the shared-conventions pointer; normalize the cross-repo remotes to the canonical ssh://git@code.clawdie.si:2222 form; fix the stale Clawdie-AI/AGENTS.md handoff pointer (retired repo); bump okf last_verified. Note: check-okf is red on main independently (59 stale docs since 2026-08-02), not introduced here.
Reword the cross-repo pointer as a shared workflow reference (not an override); this repository's own rules remain authoritative.
CI ran the full okf scan (check-okf.sh --strict) on every PR and push, so 59 docs stale at 2026-08-02 blocked all unrelated work. Change-scope the blocking gate and surface the full baseline non-blockingly:
- check-okf.sh: add --changed/--base (mirrors colibri), default stays full scan; 30-day window and docs untouched.
- format-check.yml: fetch-depth: 0; PR and push run --changed (the workflow invocation is what unblocks CI, not the script alone).
- okf-staleness-report.yml: new scheduled + manual full scan, advisory/non-blocking.
- ci-checks.sh: mirror CI with --changed; full scan via the report or explicit --strict.
The Cross-Repo Coordination table omitted bherdr, which colibri's canonical table and zot's AGENTS.md both include (the section predates bherdr: written 27.may.2026 vs bherdr's first commit 15.sep.2026). Add the row and change 'three repos'->'four', 'both repos'->'multiple repos'. Also drop the 'Rust control plane core' cell framing: Rust is current but Go is the destination, so the language is not the architecture to encode in a repo table.

The cross-repo section says "Clawdie spans four repos", but the operator row
of the check-in matrix still said "all three repos". One word.
