Summary

  • add the System One host-inventory and wiki-publication contract
  • define observation, evidence, Jev triage, publication, audit, and projection boundaries
  • require explicit hostname/DNS verification before accepting host identity
  • preserve operator approval and deterministic gates for publication and credential-sensitive actions

This branch replays the two commits from docs/system1-wiki-inventory onto current origin/main (3286af6).
