Adds a proposed mother/father federation direction on top of the split-brain
memory revival (docs/split-brain-memory).

  • mother = hardware/operator layer (mother node/OSA, mother_hive, hw probe) -> where it runs
  • father = pinned build/version reference (git commit/tag + build provenance) -> what runs
  • both are provenance references, not sources of truth
  • ActivityPub-style federation is a future, non-authoritative direction over the
    jailed build boundary; peers' derived memories never auto-promote to local system_brain
  • fixes the architecture index entry and adds working-name glossary entries

Gates: check-format pass, check-okf --changed pass, check-dates --strict pass,
wiki-lint --strict pass (725/0).

Based on the unmerged docs/split-brain-memory branch, so it includes commit
7d0bf15. That branch and docs/revive-split-brain are superseded by this PR.

Extend the revived Layered Memory Fabric with a proposed mother/father
