The previous version listed every file that differs between upstream master and
clawdie/master. Because the fork is 35 upstream commits behind, 112 of its 153
non-vendor rows were upstream backlog attributed to the port - including false
deletions of pr-gate.yml, MAINTAINERS, README.zh-CN.md and src/cli/target.rs.

- split rows by provenance: ours (merge base -> clawdie/master, 41 files) vs
  unmerged upstream backlog (35 commits, 754 files) vs the 12-file rebase watch
  list, which is the actionable part
- replace byte deltas with line counts; byte deltas hid our one-line SIGPIPE
  guard inside upstream edits to src/cli.rs
- drop the Type column, which only restated the sign of Delta
- state the vendor/libghostty-vt exclusion (630 files) instead of dropping it
  silently
- record the reproducible commands and the snapshot SHAs
