feat(agent): implement Phase 1 pure-Go Goja runner for codemode ... 53a1d0c7a7

- Embed pure-Go Goja JavaScript runtime (github.com/dop251/goja) with zero CGO
- Enforce strict pure-computation isolation: no filesystem, no shell/bash, no subprocesses, no network
- Wire deterministic context cancellation interrupt watcher halting loops in <50ms
- Enforce maximum call stack depth (1000) preventing memory exhaustion on recursion
- Cap execution output payload at 1 MB preventing heap exhaustion
- Add comprehensive test suite covering math/JSON calculation, recursion, timeout, and output capping
- Cross-compile verified on Linux and FreeBSD (GOOS=freebsd CGO_ENABLED=0)
