CI now runs on v* tags and workflow_dispatch, stages the canonical manifest version, and publishes a flat archive with its SHA256 sidecar and build-receipt.json. Fixes the three defects in the first draft: - the publish step reads dist/build-receipt.json instead of the previous step's $ZOT_STAGE, which aborted under set -u - uploads go to /api/packages (Generic Package router), not the GITHUB_API_URL /api/v1 prefix, which 404s on Forgejo - a DELETE precedes each upload so workflow_dispatch reruns are idempotent Adds port/sysutils/zot (NO_BUILD, WRKSRC=${WRKDIR}, tab-indented, DISTVERSION overridable), offline skeleton checks for the port and the publish contract, and README notes on generating distinfo with makesum.
