feat(skills): give bare-metal iLO a canonical home d9bcce68a0

The iLO guidance existed twice: a 187-line copy inside an archived Hermes skill and
a 129-line copy under clawdie-iso-development, already drifting. This adds the skill
to agent-skills, which the boundary rule names as the owner of agent-facing
operational content.

It leads with the distinction that costs the most time — interface is not transport:
Redfish for health and telemetry, IPMI for sensors and power, SMASH CLP as a CLI
fallback with the legacy SSH algorithms scoped to one host, RIBCL last. A 30-second
firmware gate comes before any endpoint, because support is firmware-dependent and
"pre-standard" is wrong for 2.30 and later.

The telemetry reference records the endpoints and the reading rules that are easy to
get wrong: PowerMeter holds 288 five-minute samples, and a Degraded health state with
one PSU absent means lost redundancy, not a failed component.

No credential appears in any file; patterns read the password from the environment.

fix(skills): repair the README bullet, name the env file, mark telemetry provenance 59b63d4506

Three findings from the grounding pass:

- my README insertion split the shared-memory bullet across the new entry, leaving
  "and read-only diagnostics..." hanging under the wrong skill;
- the skill told readers to prompt for a password but never said where credentials
  live, so it now documents ~/.config/clawdie/ilo.env (0600, ILO_HOST/ILO_USER/
  ILO_PASS) and exports IPMI_PASSWORD for ipmitool -E;
- the power numbers are single-host evidence and nothing in the older references
  confirms them, so the page says so instead of implying independent verification.

fix(skills): PowerMeter is an HPE OEM resource, not PowerMetrics f3156726bb

The grounding pass caught a real error in my own reference. /PowerMeter is not the
Redfish standard shape: @odata.type is #HPPowerMeter.1.0.0.HPPowerMeter and the data
sits in a flat PowerDetail array with HPE field names (AmbTemp, Peak, CpuAvgFreq,
CpuUtil), not in .PowerMetrics.

Verified live on firmware 2.76: Samples 288, PowerDetail 288 entries spanning
2026-10-20T08:09 to 2026-10-21T08:25 — 24 hours at five-minute resolution, and
top-level Average/Minimum/Maximum summarise the window.
