  • Codified end-to-end daily engineering report workflow across samob and the Colibri/Bherdr ecosystem.
  • Solidified the Golden ffmpeg Rule: re-encode padded speech takes with '-c:a libmp3lame -q:a 4 -ar 24000 -ac 1' instead of '-c copy', eliminating non-monotonic DTS warnings, PTS discontinuities, and audio-video crossfade drift.
  • Standardized strict identity names separation (Cox/English vs Petelin/Slovenian), persona policy checks, and deterministic evidence derivation.
  • Registered daily-report in install.sh, installed to ~/.agents/skills/ and ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/skills/.
