Follow-up documentation correction stacked on reviewed agent-skills pin b4a703a.

Aligns the FreeBSD jail operations skill with the corrected jail-lifecycle.sh behavior: only jail-alias is implemented, provision/clone are create-only, untagged destroy is refused, jls failure means unknown, and verify must match IP/gateway configuration. No installer code changes.

Validation:

sh scripts/test-install.sh          rc=0, 28 checks
python3 scripts/check-forge-links.py rc=0, 8 links, 0 failures
