Delete branch "clawdie/jail-cleanup-ownership"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Remove the obsolete exception that treated an unstamped clone as disposable based on its origin name. The runbook now requires local temp metadata for every existing root dataset, documents parent-only refusal, and requires operator review for missing-root cleanup with positively stopped jail state before orphan cleanup. This aligns the reviewed changes in ISO c2a910e while keeping ISO PR #24 held: independent fixtures still reproduce snapshot deletion before failed/running jail-state refusal in its absent-root path. This docs PR does not implement or approve that remaining runtime fix. Validation: install.sh self-test passes 28 checks, eight Forgejo links pass, and git diff --check is clean. No installed skill symlinks or live FreeBSD state were changed.
