Carry over the sole unique work from feat/task-slice-reasoning-abort
(now redundant after b66556c / 92960c4 landed via PR #27):

  • fixture_abort_maps_to_error_and_bills_partial_usage: hard-coded
    1042/6/4/256 billing + sticky Error state on top of the pack-driven
    replay, so a billing regression fails on explicit constants.
  • okf verified_by: drop fabricated zot-domelab, split two-identity
    value -> single identity per convention. Fixtures were driven by
    zot on debby (Hermes RPC), so: zot-debby.

Closes the conflict behind PR #29 against current main.
