docs(wiki): add old->new URL inventory for the Colibri wiki migration 14b1e84024

Read-only planning evidence for stage 6 of UMBRELLA-WIKI-GOAL:
generate.py enumerates docs/wiki from the colibri git object store at a
pinned revision and derives public routes from the colibri/astro/wiki
rules. First run: 91 files -> 88 routed URLs (62 EN, 26 SL, 3 HR).

Findings:
- Croatian is not wired up: astro/wiki has no hr/ route handler, so the
  three docs/wiki/hr/*.md files are never built or served.
- README.md is not excluded from slug routes and renders as /README/.
- Count drift: the 2026-09-25 strategy says 82 pages; the tree has 91.

url-map.csv is an editorial scaffold (dispositions blank). Nothing here
moves, redirects, or deploys anything; keep_external remains the default.

docs(wiki): fill url-map.csv recommendations from intake evidence 89637bad20

Add recommend.py, which joins the go-trajectory buckets (2026-10-04) and
decisions/keep-external.csv to source-urls.json and writes a disposition
for each old URL. Deterministic: every row cites its evidence, and any
URL without evidence routes to review.

First pass over 91 rows: keep_external 76, archive 9, review 6.
Umbrella-page candidates: architecture, go-migration, layered-soul,
naming-decisions, network-architecture.

operator_decision stays blank for human sign-off. generate.py now writes
only source-urls.json; recommend.py owns url-map.csv and preserves any
operator_decision values on re-run.

docs(wiki): treat low-confidence archive labels as review ee6e2d36a7

The intake defines low_conf=yes as "a label to re-check before acting on
it", and all five archive_history documents are low_conf=yes (routing
confidence 0.24-0.37). A read-only Jev probe rated the archive set
unsound/mixed and answered request_clarification (0.93), so no document
is recorded as archived on a low-confidence label.

Distribution: keep_external 76, review 15, archive 0. Each escalated
row keeps go-trajectory:archive_history in its evidence column.

feat(agents): add harnesses and TUI sections 3edcaadf0b

- Add harness pages for Zot (codemode/MCP marked proposed) and Pi
  (codemode + MCP shipped), plus the harness overview and comparison.
- Add the TUI section (Kitty, tmux, Herdr) as the terminal foundation
  beneath the harnesses, framed as "capability, not brand".
- Add the "Harnesses" and "TUI" sidebar groups.

docs(reports): add session logs for 03-07 Oct and matrix rows 516dccee1a

Backfill the multi-host session matrix with one row per work day and a
session log for each: jev_probe and the Astro portal (03 Oct), the
caller_attribution rename and Go-migration wiki pages (04 Oct), the Zot
codemode/MCP plan and agent-state contract (06 Oct), and the diary,
harness docs, and wiki inventory (07 Oct). The existing 05 Oct log stays.
