• Update content-intake/jev-issue1-followup/REPORT.md with dual Jev evaluation
  receipts (Probe 1 status & priority, Probe 2 option comparison).
• Preserve query packets and raw result files in packets/ and results/.
• Align default JEV_CALLER_ATTRIBUTION in scripts/jev-classify.py to
  canonical antigravity@debby (harness@host convention).
• Formalize Option 1 resolution: finalize shared transport adapter while
  keeping Colibri wiki migration strictly keep_external until ISO Gate 6.
