    (source table, commit list, sha256 06f8566) and keep_external disposition
  • source-manifest.json: record the artifact branch-pinned and hash-verified
  • content-intake/DELETION-GATE.md: require merge or preserved provenance
    before deleting any branch/repo/checkout
  • AGENTS.md: add section 4a pointing to the gate
